      There are many different techniques to help with anxiety depending on what the cause is. For example, if you are feeling anxious / overwhelmed because you have too much to do each day; journaling or list making can be very effective. If you are feeling emotionally anxious there are some excellent grounding techniques, such as concentrating on your feet and the connection to the ground, deep breathing and visualization.
