Making the decision to change careers, or making the change from school to work can be a huge step. Career transitions can take place in several forms. School-to-work transition programs offer students in secondary and post-secondary schools support in their career planning and development. Or perhaps an individual’s professional goals have changed and they are shifting careers as an adult. They may be moving from one department to another within an existing company, or, perhaps starting over with a career in an entirely new line of work. Whichever the case, there are many career transition services that offer counseling, training, and support for the upcoming changes that may impact a person’s finances, stress levels, personal, and professional lives when changing careers. Are you considering making a change, and you would like to find an expert in career counseling to help you take the next best step? Do you need help with resume writing, or interview training? Would you like help identifying your strengths, so you can know what career areas to focus on? Career decisions are important, and we are here to help you make them.
