Immigration & Citizenship - Legal

An individual can apply to visit, work in, study in, or immigrate to Canada. Options include obtaining travel, student or work visas, permanent resident status, full citizenship, or refugee protection status. There are many immigration services offered by the Canadian government. Canadian citizens and permanent residents, who are 18 years of age or older, can sponsor certain relatives who may wish to join them in Canada. Refugees can also apply to bring their immediate family members to Canada for reunification. The processes and procedures for various Immigration and Citizenship services all vary in their application process, cost, and length of time for approval. There are many resources, both private and public, that can provide information and assistance with issues surrounding immigration and citizenship. We have many sources of support and information.
