There are many services, offered by the federal government of Canada, provincial governments, as well as community agencies and private companies that are dedicated to helping Newcomers to Canada integrate as members of their community and resettle into Canada effectively. Sponsorship of newcomers can be provided in two ways. Personal sponsorship can be offered, where spouses, parents, and children of those already in Canada can be sponsored to join their families who are already here. Individuals can also sponsor refugee families to relocate to Canada, agreeing to provide assistance with such necessities as housing, clothing and food, as well as social and emotional support. Employer sponsorship can be offered through the temporary foreign worker program, offering visas to individuals to come and work for a company in Canada, providing that employer cannot find someone to work for them who is already within the local labour market. Are you already living in Canada, and would like information on how to sponsor a family member to bring them to join you here? Are you looking for support and assistance in regards to newcomer sponsorship? Are you interested in being a sponsor for a refugee family and would like to know what is involved in doing so? Kinjunxion is here to help with a variety of newcomer sponsorship resources. You are not alone. Connect with others who may be going through the same thing, find professional help and resources near you. The Kinjunxion community is here to help.
