Depression - Mental Health

People suffering from depression experience a common mental disorder that affects their overall thoughts, behaviour and feelings. They may feel a range of emotions, including sadness, anxiety, and hopelessness. They often lose interest in activities they once enjoyed, start over-eating or have a loss of appetite, experience turmoil in family, friend, and romantic relationships, experience fatigue, insomnia, and in severe cases, may have suicidal thoughts or attempt to commit suicide. Depression is different from occasionally feeling simply down or sad. If you feel you would like more information, community resources, or the guidance of a counselor to help answer questions or face challenges brought on by depression, for either yourself, a friend, or loved one, we are here to provide you with the resources you need. If you are in need of urgent, or emergency sources of support and information to help manage depression, Kinjunxion is here to help. You are not alone.
