There are plenty of studies showing that exercising is a valuable tool in managing depression, anxiety and, in particular, stress. But I am a big believer that too much of anything can have negative consequences.

- KEEP YOUR WORKOUTS SHORT… BUT INTENSE: A well-planned and efficient workout should last no more than an hour…
- PRIORITIZE RECOVERY: What you do outside the gym matters. Try to rest and allow your body to recover.
Exercising and being active allows your mental health to improve dramatically.
Don\’t forget, have enough hours of sleep, eat a well-balanced diet that is heavy on healthy protein and take some time for mindful solitude! This will prepare for what life throws tour way.
